By paying a periodic subscription any organization, whether private or public, can access this system.
Subscriptions are for a fixed period of time and depend on the number of persons authorized for concurrent access to the system. These are important parameters that you need to decide on before taking out a subscription.
Once filled out, the application form will be processed by the WCO publications service and the subscription will be activated on receipt of proof of payment.
Once your subscription has been activated, you will have the required number of accesses for the specified duration.
